01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jjl3," "we," "us," "our" refers to jjl3 Casino and its operating entity, the owner and operator of the website accessible at https://jjl3.app.
• "Platform" means the jjl3 Casino website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features made available through jjl3.app.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jjl3 Platform, creating an Account, or using any jjl3 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjl3. They apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how you access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the jjl3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online casino services is prohibited by applicable law.

04 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jjl3 Platform, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jjl3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify jjl3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jjl3 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jjl3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jjl3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfer to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not permitted in accordance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change with notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive Account Fees: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jjl3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. jjl3 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly disclosed for each promotion.
• jjl3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jjl3 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• jjl3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is final once the round is closed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, jjl3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. jjl3 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• jjl3's decision on any disputed game outcome is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjl3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to jjl3 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jjl3 staff or other users.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjl3 Platform — including but not limited to the jjl3 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjl3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jjl3.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjl3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jjl3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jjl3 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jjl3 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jjl3 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Responsible Gaming

jjl3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through your Account settings.
• Session Timers: You may set session time reminders to help you manage the time you spend on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Termination & Suspension

jjl3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jjl3 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your Account.
• You fail to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• jjl3 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, jjl3 may forfeit any bonus funds in your Account. Real-money funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to jjl3, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable legal requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jjl3 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jjl3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jjl3 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jjl3 Platform shall first be submitted to jjl3's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
